Exchange Policy
Return and exchange policy
Korali does not cater to any re-fund and return of retail or customised orders.
We also do not offer exchange of customised and made to order products.
Retail articles can only be exchanged on request if size needs to be exchanged or the product has any manufacturing faults on our end .
Size can only be exchanged if the demanded size is available in stock .
Manufacturing faults will only be catered with proper and valid proofs from customer’s end.
Exchange can be requested within 8 days and the product must be fully intact with no damages and all tags and packaging for approval of request.
For customised orders, changes required for colour, fabric and size can only be made before production. Once the order is in process, any changes in the order will not be entertained .
No refund/return for international orders.
Delivery charges cannot be re-imbursed.
